Is the Free plan a trial?
No. Free is an ongoing personal plan: no card, no time limit, nothing to cancel. Trials only apply to paid plans.
What does it cost to invite my partner?
Inviting a partner needs Couple: $12.50 a month for both of you, or less billed yearly, with a 14-day no-card trial for eligible new customers. If you don’t continue, your account returns to Free and your own budget and history stay.
Who can start a no-card trial?
Your first paid-plan trial lasts 14 days with no card. Past subscribers review a paid plan instead of a second trial. Members manage their membership in Settings.
Is the Couple price per person?
No. One Couple subscription covers both people, each with their own login; Family covers up to five. Prices are the plan total, and yearly plans bill once a year.
Do I have to connect my bank?
No. Start with manual accounts or CSV. Free connects up to two institutions and paid plans up to ten, through Plaid with read-only access.
How does the founding offer work?
70% off on eligible paid plans for your first 2 years. Standard rates apply afterward. Subject to eligibility and availability. Your first payment secures your founding place; a trial does not reserve one. Limited to the first 100 households across eligible paid plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Settings. Start on your own, then choose Couple or Family when more people join.
What if an annual plan is not right for me?
Your first yearly plan includes a 30-day money-back policy. Review the current policy and plan terms, or contact Miyo support with questions before choosing.
